Insurance
Our office will assist you in verifying insurance
benefits and coverage. Please bring a copy of your insurance card
with you when you visit our office. If your insurance plan
requires a referral from your primary care physician please bring it
with you or have it faxed to our office prior to your visit. Dr.
LaGrone is a participatory physician in the Medicare program. You
should bring your Medicare card as well as any cards for supplemental
insurance with you. We will bill Medicare directly.

Referrals
If you have been referred to us by another doctor
please inform us of this fact so that we may report to him/her promptly.
We do not charge for this service.
If you are an out-of-town patient or a referring
physician you may mail a brief written history and copies of x-rays for
Dr. LaGrone to review. He will then contact you with general
recommendations. There is no charge for this service. In
most cases, specific patient recommendations require a personal
consultation.

Consultations
Occasionally, in unusual or complicated problems, we
may seek the opinion of another specialist. The consultant will,
of course, charge his usual fee.
If ever you desire another opinion, please inform us.
We will be happy to suggest several specialists, and we will send them
details of your condition without charge.

Surgery Schedule
The Staff is available throughout the week to answer
questions regarding treatment plans, surgery arrangements, home care,
and appointments, Dr. LaGrone has admitting and surgical privileges at
Baptist St. Anthony's, Northwest Texas Hospital and Physicians Surgical
at Quail Creek.

Medications and
Refills
Prescription refills are considered
Monday through Friday afternoons from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We will not be
able to refill on weekends or holidays so please anticipate your needs
and call during our office hours Monday through Friday. For patients
residing outside the Panhandle region we are unable to renew your
prescription pain medication needs. Dr. LaGrone will be glad to work
with your local physician to help coordinate your medication
requirements.

Appointments and
Hours
Appointments are scheduled to meet the needs of both
patients and doctor. If emergencies arise, we will make every
effort to accommodate you. Please call at least one day in advance
to cancel an appointment. We will do our best to reschedule at a
convenient time for you.
